Our Products
The ACS Magix Plus system is a Microsoft Windows based Management System designed specifically for the New Zealand Automotive Industry. Its underlying core of source code is developed in the industry standard Microsoft development tool C++.

Magix Plus is truly scalable, and designed for multi franchise, multi location dealerships right down to small workshops.

Some Key Features

  • True Multi Sessions. Magix Plus has the ability to run Multiple Sessions ensuring efficient and productive use of the system. This enables, for example, a General Ledger Journal to be posted in one Window while maintaining a Customers Terms in another.

  • Marketing is a key component of Magix Plus. Highlights include integrated diary (for all users), automated after sale follow up, target marketing, WOF & Service reminders in Diary, Letter, Txt or Email.

  • Barcoding in the Magix Plus system is an integral part of all operations from Bar coding Vehicle Inventory for Stock Taking purposes to Repair Orders for efficient stocktaking to Parts Inventory for quick invoicing, dispatch and stocktaking to Freight Tickets for charging, locating and inventory control.

  • Integration to Microsoft Products. Magix Plus directly integrates to Word, Excel and Outlook as well as being able to generate file output in common formats like CSV, HTML and XML.

  • Integration to 3rd Party Products. Magix Plus provides integration to all Bank systems to enable seamless transfer of data both in and out including the electronic input of bank statements to speed up the Bank Reconciliation process.

    Magix Plus also directly integrates to IMS Payroll, Motorweb, ‘Sprint3’ and Microcat Electronic Parts Catalogue.

    Laser Document Creating and ‘Duplexing’. Magix Plus formats and prints all your documents including Franchise Badges, Company Details and Document Borders as well as printing the document body, and printing the appropriate terms and conditions on the reverse (requires a Duplex Capable Printer).

    Documents produced include Offer & Sale Agreements, Consumer Information Notices, FuelSaver Labels, Warrant of Fitness Check Sheets, Bank Deposit Slips, Receipts, Sundry Invoices, Parts Invoice, Service Invoices, Cheques and Statements.
